Publisher Description

NetBrain created Personal Edition to enable network engineers who are working towards a Cisco CCIE, CCNP, CCNA or other certifications to rapidly visualize network topologies through a mechanism everyone knows how to use – a map. Now you can optimize your learning experience and create highly detailed data-driven network maps by simply dragging and dropping configuration files into Personal Edition. Best of all, NetBrain Personal Edition is free (we do ask you to register your copy).
Leveraging Personal Edition, you can create a fully-annotated L3 SmartMap of the network on the fly using configuration files or Trace Route results. A SmartMap includes not only the device to device connectivity, but also routing and configuration data is embedded directly in the map, so you no longer have to create paper network maps or diagrams for troubleshooting. Any map you create can be exported to Visio with one-click.
Personal Edition is ideal for: Real-time network mapping - no more dependency on paper network diagrams; Dynamic network mapping- maps can be created and updated automatically; Analysis of complex network designs; Network assessment.

For commercial use, you can request a free 30 day evaluation of either Architect Edition or Operator Edition, we think you will be impressed with hundreds more innovative features including; accurate network discovery, network documentation automation and powerful map-based network troubleshooting.
